Do you accept two year old funding?
2 year old funding is now available at all Chatterbox Settings and is means tested. Please speak to a member of staff for further information.
Do you provide 3 & 4 Year old funding?
All 3 & 4 year olds are eligible to receive 15 hours nursery education funding a week during term time (alternatively 11 hours a week if taken across the full year). Please note funding starts the term following the child's 3rd birthday.
What times do you open and are you flexible?
We try and be as flexible as possible with our hours, sessions can be taken to suit parents needs.
What are child care vouchers & do you accept them?
Childcare vouchers are an employee benefit available to all eligible working parents. They are a Government-approved, tax-efficient way of paying for childcare. They can be used to pay for a wide variety of childcare up to the age of 16 including:
Nurseries - Pre-school - Breakfast & After School Clubs - Holiday Clubs.
Are you registered with Ofsted?
All our nurseries are registered with Ofsted, details of our nursery can be found on the main Ofsted site.
How can we pay our bill?
We accept payment by cash, cheque, bank transfer and credit / debit card payments. To request our bank details please contact us at email@example.com
How will my child be cared for?
Each child will join a key group with a key person. The groups have an animal or colour to identify that group. The key person for this group will spend time with the child and develop special one to one opportunities.
Can I book extra sessions?
You can take ad hoc extra sessions subject to availability and would need to book 24 hours ahead.
How will I get to know about the progress
my child is making?
Staff regularly keep parents updated of their child's progress through on-line (eylog), written and verbal reports. Our door is always open, please feel free to talk to your child's key person.
How do you plan activities?
We plan according to the EYFS framework, and also base our planning on the children's interest and needs. We have a balance of planned and child initiated activity. Any teaching and learning takes place through play.
